The client contacted iKapa regarding deteriorated exterior paintwork, cracking, damaged plaster, and failing seals around the windows. The goal was to repair and redecorate the affected external areas, restoring the surfaces and improving their protection against weather exposure.
Around 180m² of exterior surfaces were pressure-cleaned and prepared. Loose and delaminated coatings were removed, cracks in the concrete and brickwork repaired, and damaged plaster reinstated where needed. Deteriorated window sealant was removed and replaced, and the prepared surfaces were primed and finished with two coats of durable exterior coating. The project took about a month, completed in April 2025.
