When you request a free quote or otherwise get in touch, we ask for your name, email address, phone number, and a short description of what needs attention. If you contact us via WhatsApp, we receive whatever information you choose to share in that conversation. We do not ask for or store payment details, ID numbers, or other sensitive personal information through this site.
Like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools automatically log standard technical information — your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you visit — for security and to understand how the site is used.
How we use it
- To respond to your quote request or enquiry, and to arrange an inspection or call-back.

Quote requests are sent to our own team’s inbox and stored so we can follow up — they are not shared outside iKapa except where needed to carry out the work you’ve requested (for example, with a supplier or subcontractor directly involved in your job), or where we’re required to by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and quote records for as long as is reasonably necessary for our business records and any legal or accounting requirements, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
